Anyway, we arrived at Tampa to some beautiful weather. Here are some pictures of Hayden's very first trip down to the beach.

MeMe Karen threw Hayden a 2nd 1st Birthday party. Hayden was so cute with the GINORMOUS Spiderman balloons that MeMe got him.

He got some more great gifts from everyone, and was able to enjoy his new sand toys at the beach, here is is with his new dump truck.

Thanks to Uncle Charles, the boys all had matching tropical shirts and dew rags - rock on!
Here we are enjoying another gorgeous sunset on the beach (did I say yet I want to sell everything and just live on the beach - ah, the life!)
And I think this picture says it all - a very tired boy after fun in the sand, surf and sun!
Funny side note; Hayden was SO relaxed in the water, everytime we would go down to play in the gulf he would fall asleep in my arms. We didn't get any pictures of it, but it was SO funny. We would get near the water and he would just drift peacefully off to sleep! What a rough life!

It was an awesome trip - so much fun - taped the cherrios to a card to save in Hayden Lee's memoribelia(sp?)box!

Hayden not only fell asleep in the water but even if you walked near it.... 1 time he took a 30 minute nap - sound asleep nap! What a hoot.

I can't get over how adorable he is. Those balloons were so big, I almost expected to see him floating a little bit off the ground. :)
How great that he loves the beach. I guess if he has trouble sleeping, you can always try ocean sounds. :)
I have lots of fond memories of sandy toes, and these pictures just reinforce that even more.
